How many of you kids remember the great Hap Glaudi?

Back during the days when Hap Glaudi still did "Hap's Point After" post game show, I called Hap up and got through after the Saints lost a pre-season game. I was a kid at the time, and I was being mischievious with a group of friends. I pretended to be quite drunk as I got into my rant about how sick I was of the "same ole Saints."

Then the punch line: "Hap, I been a Saints fan for 30 years, and I'm tired of this losin'."

Hap: That's interesting, because the Saints are only 15 years old.

Me: Yeah, well, sometimes it sure feels like dey been losin for 30 years."

You had to be there. Me and the other kids were rolling on the floor laughing.

Hap, we sure miss you, Man.
