CINCINNATI - The Saints made it look easy on their first possession.

Being pushed back to the 31-yard line after a face mask penalty on Lance Moore's punt return,
Drew Brees went to work, going 6 for 6 for 55 yards, hitting four different receivers, before Deuce McAllister scored on an 8-yard run up the middle.


The Saints had six first downs on the 10-play, 69-yard drive. Brees completed two passes each to Terrance Copper and Reggie Bush, and one each to McAllister and David Patten.

--Olindo Mare's second kick was also downed for a touchback.
