After 1 1/2 weeks this is what we get?

This is truly disgusting. I find myself praying for a bye week and looking in the closet for my old 'Aints' headgear (ie. The Bag)

Anyone have the Suicide Hotline number handy? (Just kiddin', of course...well, about the suicide anyway!)

No in fact you really don't want the bye week to get here. Everytime Brees/Saints are sitting more than 7-8 days they play like crap. This past week they sat 10, so no big surprise they played like crap.

this is true, but now we have the 8 day wait for the next one. I hope the Dome is deafening on Monday; maybe the 12th man can wake these guys up

ehhhh yea we are looking bad...but lets keep up...we know our boys can do it. no reason to get tooooooooo worked up yet. disconcerting, yes...but it's not all over :\ i hope.

Just saw the ESPN lowlights. Fumbles aside, Sean just needs to show me / prove to me that giving the ball to Duece 20 times a game won't change our fate. We've tried it the Brees/Bush way - let's give the Duece/Karney train a ride. It's tough to believe that a steady dose of 4-5 yards a pop, with the imphasis on the POP, won't wear some defenses down and make both Drew and Reggie more effective. Don't know what to say for the defense. Let David just start grabbing people as they go by - take the Spot, a deep breath, and line it up again.

I'd swear that Simoneau has some nude pics of the coach with farm animals or something. That's the only way I can see him continuing to start. PUT SIMMONS IN ALREADY!!!!!

I didn't get to see the game, just the highlights. So can someone clue me: Is Simmons still MIA?

BTW, I heard on Philly sports radio, Hugh Douglas jokingly refer to the Saints current slump as the "Curse of Dahani". Where's a VooDoo priest when you need him?

I'm not calling for Fast Freddie to start, just be active for the games. Don't understand how David looks better than what we have back there now. Simmoneau is terrible, in fact all of the LB's get sucked in on playaction and can't cover if they don't. The DL can't pressure, and as soon as they blitz, the are toasted. Almost like they know we are coming.
