· The same attention was being paid to wide receiver/return man Titus Ryan, a former Alabama recruit who spent this past season at Concordia (Ala.) after a one-year hiatus from football and a two-year stint at a pair of junior colleges playing both football and running track. Ryan has exceptional speed dating back to his prep days where he ran the 100 and 4x100 among other events. He is roughly 6-2 and 195 pounds and was a top-10 player in the state of Alabama coming out of high school in 2002. Senior Bowl stock watch - NCAA Football - Yahoo! Sports

Well he is between 6-0 and 6-2 so lets call it 6-1.
Still waiting for the big move that Sean said was coming. Yep the move that will indicate in which direction we were going in for the future. Well any direction right now would be an improvement. I hope this and moving Palko back to the active roster is not it.

It would be nice to see players on the 2nd team start and give them a shot.

If it is ok to sub Bush for Duece on every down why not sub some players who are not performing. Why not rotate lb, cb, safties, wr. If it is ok for two of our best players to spend half the game on the sidelines what about the player who gets burned in coverage, wr who cant catch the ball, de that gets no pressure. I hate to see Duece run on 1st down and get 5 yds then have Bush come in for a screen that loses 2. But is that worse than havin another player not perform and not miss a snap all game.

My brother in law is the head baseball coach at East Central CC, and is good friends with the head coach of the football team. I will see if I can get any other info on Titus.

I say rotate all the positions that are lacking until you come up with a combination that works because at this point, what they are doing now is simply not working

Well,

This shows how quickly and decisively Meachum is coming along.

Just reading the Bio, this looks like the perfect guy for the practice squad. He is obviously very talented and very raw. Maybe in a year or two he could develop into something. This guy may have KR/PR written all over him. We will see...

Great point, I'm starting to wonder if the Saints made the right decision in drafting him in the first round...
IMO drafting him in the first round as they did he should be in the game, at least 4-6 plays, hopefully we'll see a little of him on MNF..
