The article is dated 2005 but the stats indicate urgency for the Saints... "Since 1990, the first year 12 teams qualified for the playoffs, 78 teams have started the season 3-0. Of those, 58 made the playoffs (almost 75%). That's good news for coaches Marvin Lewis, Tony Dungy and Jon Gruden. While there are no guarantees, their odds just got better. In that span, almost an equal number of teams have started 0-3 (75). Of those, only three have made the playoffs." Must win tonight!!! Official run for the NFC Crown starts tonight! |
