Grossman not the starter anymore..

I give Lovie Smith credit for making this difficult change. It's never easy removing a guy who helped bring a team to the Super Bowl the previous season. But, like said, with a good defense and good line, all a QB has to be is consistent. Grossman never showed consistency. No one on that staff asked him to be great, just don't screw it up. Unfortunately for Grossman, he has screwed it up lately. Grossman does have talent, so I would think he would eventually get another chance.
