I've decided that all of my Saints apparel has some bad karma on it, so I started wearing plain white undershirts during games. I'm not sure it will help, but I do what I can for the team.

We did adopt two cats last night and need to name them. They're boys (brothers) and I'm thinking about naming them Archie and Heyward, but let me know if you have some suggestions. They were the only survivors after a group of dogs attacked their litter, so I think they may be good luck.

Well, lets see.....all my rituals have changed since the last loss. Prior to that, I would make a big pot of chicken and sausage gumbo, invite the friends over. Make sure my wife was wearing her Saints shirt (myself as well). Last game I was turning my Saints hat on backwards when the Saints were on Offense and wearing it forward when they were on Defense. It worked well until late in the third quarter. If they really start losing bad, I turn my Saints beer cooly upside down and put it on top of the T.V. I've also been known to wear both my Saints hats at the same time or have one of my kids wear one of them.

I don't know what I'm going to do this week because none of my rituals/superstitions have worked this season.

Oh yeah, I also burned my Saints shirt in the BBQer after the last lose. This is in effort to destroy the bad carma plaguing the team in the first three games. My wife was upset because it was actually the shirt I bought her......I told her it was necessary. She didn't understand, but I live in Idaho and it's pretty hard to get Saints stuff here.

Oh yeah, I usually get really really intoxicated too....that could have spawn the shirt burning incident.

I do the opposite of what most of you do. I run everybody out of my house, because I don't want anyone hearing me scream at the tv.:handguns:


P.S. I really think it's my fault that they're losing. Last year I missed most of the games because I was in Mexico. This year I haven't been able to go .........yet!

If money is an issue Joe we can start passing the plate now. Getting you out of town and down to mexico is cheaper than season tickets.

I always wear my Saints cap and play the Saints are coming loud enough on my stereo to have the neighbours banging on the walls. The later the game the louder I play.

I pray a freakin lot and then I go to confession after the game. The preist is already scared of me so when the Saints lose he tries to hide in the back but I always go around and let myself in and say. "father I've got to confess alot of , now take my damn confession before I say or do some other nasty crap". He gives me some wine and after about a bottle and a half I give my confession and it usually goes like this, "blessssss meeeeee farther for I've sinnnnnned". I cused 1415 tiiiiiiiiimes tody and hey I said tody, you got anything else to drink? sorrryyyy farther I chokd my wiffe and kiced the dawg and he says, "say 100 Hail Mary's" and I say tat's wat the freakin Saints sholbve don and then I wak up at home.

Well that's really how it goes and I love my wife and Dogs all three of them. I'm already prayin and it ain't even Sunday yet. I think I need to take the St. Christoper off and put my fathers rosary on and carry my own around with me until we win tomorrow.
