Give Karney more touches
 

In absence of Duece, I'd love to see Karney get more touches, especially in the 3rd & short situations, even goal line stuff.
He kinda reminds me of Mike Alstott.......just better!

I agree. I pretty much said the same thing in another thread. I`d definitely use Karney on Goal line, 3rd n short, and 4th n inches.

Rule #5 from: Things I needed to know about pro football I learned from Pop Warner.

That is what the fullback if for. The defense has step up and take him on like he is a ball carrier not just a blocker on every down. They need to believe it. That opens up the cut back lanes for Bush.

I expect to see Karney much more involved in the offense. He can and will be our battering ram I believe.

I like the Karney idea myself. Just read Payton's take for this weeks game. He says he wants to get Reggiie 18-20 carries if possible. I like it...especially if he is lead by Karney - off guard and tackle. The problem that I have is why Duece didn't get 18-20 carries. If we establish the run, control the ball, we beat Carolina. If we can't/don't run the ball (again), we lose (AGAIN).
