Kicker???

Can anyone clarify why in the hell we still have the same kicker? I listen to WWL and the two cheerleaders havent given a good reason why this crappy kicker is still on the team.

I`m not sure about the details, not sure if it`s league rules or players union, but there is some kind of deal about waiving an injured player, and Mare has a groin strain and technically could be labeled as "injured". I`m not sure if thats the main reason he`s still here but I know it has something to do with it.
Maybe somebody else here knows the details about how this works.

I agree with you guys not understanding why he's still around. I don't think it has anything to do with him being hurt. I may be wrong on that but other "hurt" players have been cut before. I also doubt that he has any pictures. I just can't for the life of me figure out why mare is still here. It's just beyond me.
