Lewis hurt, out several days

WR/return specialist has minor injury in neck, back after hit

Saints wide receiver/return specialist Michael Lewis sustained minor neck and spine injuries after colliding with a teammate during practice Monday morning.

Lewis, who established an NFL single-season record for punt and kickoff return yardage in 2002, was taken off the field on a stretcher and transported by ambulance to Memorial Medical Hospital.
