Saints picked to beat Jacksonville
 

I heard that the Saints are favored by 3 1\2 points against Jacksonville.
Last I heard the Pats were favored by 5, I figured the Pats would only be favored by 3 being their playing on the road against the defending Champs.

Big weekend for football.

That's a heck of a statement for us to be given the "nod" over JAX. Hope it comes true.

I was really surprised at that line, too. If you consider the 3 points home teams give, that means the Saints are a 1/2 point favorite in a neutral site. The line hasn't budged, either.

I figured most bets with that line would be on J'ville since they're AFC and have a better record. I wonder if Vegas knows something we don't or if the bets are just coming in even.

Frankly, I'd rather us be the underdogs. We seem to play much better as the dog.

I still think it would be a mistake to take this game lightly
