Re: Where To Watch The Game In The O.c.

Is the California interest due to Reggie Bush, or do you guys think the Saints are going to wind up in Los Angeles? The reason I ask is over the past couple of years I've seen many SoCal posters on this site.

Matt T,
Fans can live in regions other than the south...
It's 2007...

Newport Brewing Co. is good too.

frankeefrank- Thank you for reminding me of the year we are in, and that fans can live in other regions. If it were not for you, I would be totally confused. Once again, I totally thank you. Oh, by the way, it would be best if you just Have a nice day, my friend...

People that matter move to Los Angeles! Its actually all the reasons you can think of... USC is here where he went to school. Reggie has a past in SD wearing the area code on the tape under his eyes all those years (619). Also there were Saints fans here before as well. Hell I am originally from Houma and I made the big leap out here after my military service so thats proof one of us was here not only because of Reggie.

I may make it out to see you guys there but I venture to a place in Long Beach to watch the games usually. OC is just a bit far I think but what about each Sunday we visit a different posters area/local bar. So we end up hitting everyones home turf bar though out the year... start a tradition of black and gold forum out here in Cali.

OH NO the cats out of the bag Euphoria is one of those Cali fans.

I moved here after my navy days in '77,Im, oreginaly from kenner;and have been a BLACK4GOLD FAN FROM THE START!!!!. Plus we get mad at the fans that get hiped by one of our players because they are in fantasy football. So no we dont think the saints are going to move here.HOPE NOT.

I feel for all the west coast fans. Some, like myself, don't realize how good it is to live locally. Much love for you fellas.

I am game... everyone post your area of LA and your bar or email it to me. I'll come up with a list and we can come up with a schedule and visit everyones area bar.

Hmmm New Orleans, or LA... I'll take my chances in LA. I love going home but I'd get in to much trouble if I lived back home.

There's no place like home. I can't imagine myself anywhere's but here. I could do it, working 7 & 7, but it would take me a while to get to work. Hell, I love home so much, I am going back to where Katrina hit first, good ole Buras, LA. The fishing is too good back home, I can't give that up.

I live five freeway exits from the Block. Never been to Alcatraz on a Sunday morning, but been out to Hooters in Costa Mesa on a number of occassions. I'd be glad to see a different scene. I am about 90% a go this coming Sunday, depending how crazy Saturday night gets.

I'll be rocking my black Bush jersey. Who Dat!!

frankeefrank- I am glad to hear that the Saints have a very wide fan base, and that you represent the Saints fans in Denver in a very positive way. I want to offer you an apology for the negative post I made towards you. I was way out of line and deeply sorry for it.

Man, I had forgotten that. I'm thinking about spending Christmas in Estes Park. I'll let you know if I do.

Neither. I can't get DirecTV at my apartment. I'm a New Orleanian out here for work. Having a place to watch the game is nice when you love the Saints. The 10 AM thing sucks though.

Dude I so love the 10am thing. I mean show up at Hooters at 10am and order a beer and watch football!!! AWESOME! The real great advantage is Sunday and Monday night games don't last until early mornings, over by 9pm!!!

Re: Where To Watch The Game In The O.c.

i dig the 10am start as well....wake up with sat. nights buzz and keep on rollin'
3 of us ride bikes to firehouse grill in downtown sunnyvale and start with $2 bloody marys
then we switch to 100 oz. beer towers when tired of eatin olives.
after the game we like to get in 9 holes at drunken gardens.(sunken gardens)
we try to stick with a 5 o'clock acohol shutoff but rules are made to be broken ;)

moved to bay area in 2000 but yet to have visited southern cal.
