Fortunately for the Texans, one of the few things Charlie Clemons enjoys more than a big plate of hot wings is chomping down on quarterbacks. As Clemons pondered the type of makeover that would be required to play outside linebacker in the Texans' 3-4 defensive scheme, who knew he would have to choose between the two?
