I dont know if you guys posted it already or not but the Saints signed Matt McCoy. He is a LB formerly of the Eagles...2nd round pick in 2005.

Dropping him was based on need in Philly. McCoy was supposed to be the answer at LB and didn't pan out in their scheme. They drafted LB's and they don't need him anymore.

IMHO, he can only help...even if its just on Special Teams. But you'll never know until we get Simoneau out of there!!!

Nice pickup. This guy could realize his full potential with a switch to another and I hope it works. He is at least a backup but has so much more upside then down.

this kid isn't bad at all. honestly i like him better than already, young at 25, and has started some games and produces when he's healthy. i wouldn't mind seeing him a starter in a few games
