ESPN - NFL Coach Ratings

I found this interesting...ESPN keeps polls open for all coaches all the time. Coach is the 5th highest rated coach in the league at 85% (since last week). That's up from 20% in week five. These are scewed somewhat given that Billichek is 8th because - I assume - fans of other teams vote against him, but it got me thinking...Do you guys approve of the job coach Payton is doing?
