Just watched the replay of the trick play - we also should be blaming the OL on the play, the blocking was horrible. Particularly, Jamaal Brown let his man get way into the backfield and cut off Henderson's path on the reverse and screwed up the timing. Bad play call (If we wanted to throw off the defense, should've handed it to Karney up the middle, hadn't done it all day), bad blocking, Henderson had a good shot at recovering the ball but missed it, Reggie should've aborted the toss when all was breaking loose.
