Now we get to see how stupid our front office/coaches are. Do they play him and risk further injury or wisely sit him down for a while now that we're out of the playoff race.

Seems they should sit him. I'm interested in seeing how much fight this squad has. They may rally for a playoff berth,or settle for a top ten pick. We'll see.....

This should be about as easy of a decision as it gets. Put Bush on I/R and get him ready for next year. From what I've read, Sean Payton is still hoping he can play against Atlanta. That would be a bad mistake, it's simply time to put him on the shelf for this year.

Get it fixed now and let the healing begin ASAP for next year. Shame we cut our fourth round pick. well stecker and PT if healthy . Maybe Branch will get his chance.

This is the same injury Adrian Petersen has and he missed 2 games and came back with a knee brace. I think you can rest him this week but I wouldn't put him on IR just yet. There could be a Christmas Miracle and we win out and the Vikings loose 1 and we take the final wildcard. I know it's wishful thinking but it could happen. I'm not giving up yet!!!!!!!!

Nice call, Jacob Hester in a Saints uniform. The Saints should be able to nab him in the 3rd or 4th round. Convert him to RB and lets see. He is 6'0 and 225. Sounds like a winner to me! Could this be the guy to replace Deuce?

With the lack of reconition he's getting, we could pick up Matt Forte in the 3rd or 4th round.

Bush could probably play through this injury...he has been playing on it for the past month. In fact, most people with this injury man up and play through it. I think this is Bush saying that he doesnt want to play on it. Looks like all the training he did in the offseason in LA instead of being with his team doing his stretching and Fre flo do didnt do to much to help him. I think he needs to man up and get back on the field as long as we are alive for the playoffs...if we get eliminated, then shut it down...till then, you still got work to do.

Yeah Hagan I agree, let it heal for next year, because of this teams starts off 2-4 or 1-5 0-4 or anything else like that I am going to say Payton should be fired, Bush and Deuce should be traded, Henderson, Mare and David should be cut and the owner should get a brain transplant.

Oh, wait I already said all of those things.

With a partial tear and the type runner Reggie is I wouldn't chance it. Reggie relys on his ability to make his cuts and moves side to side. That would put to much pressure on the ligament. it wouldn't hold up. if he were a north /south runner it might be different but him being a slasher Nah, it's to much of a gamble.

I think that it is quite telling that the sports books in Vegas reduced the Saints' line against the Falcons from a 5 point favorite to a 3 point favorite.

Seems like Bush doesn't rate much impact for this team this season. If another team's overhyped featured back went down, you might see more caution from the books.
