The real deficiency in the NFL is not quarterbacks.

It's NFL coaches.

Our staff needs to be gutted. We're up and down, up and down.

Year in and year out all these successful coaches build competitive teams - losing veteran players or NOT, they're still competitive and fresh.

The Saints? We can't build an icecream cone.

Here we go. Last year the offense coaching were Gods. Now they are dogs.
Defensively I do not like the unit but considering the talent they have to work with it is just what I expected.

Whatever, we won't win games with such a sorry defense and I just don't see Gibbs getting it done. Schematically, personnel wise, nothing.

Well Gibbs sucks and cannot change his scheme to fit his personnel. He obviously did not have nearly enough to say about who was drafted, or is such a horrible talent evaluator that he thought who they brought in would fix our D. EIther way he needs to get the boot.
