Who are you pulling for?
 

Barring some type of miracle, the Saints probably will not be in the playoffs this year. If they are not, who will you be pulling for to win it all?

I would like to see a rematch of the Packers & Patriots from Super Bowl XXXI in New Orleans, but this time I would like to see the Patriots win it, completing a perfect season.

Not the Patriots. Though I'm sure they will win it anyway.

But they don't have a perfect season in my book. Not in mine. They forfeited the Jets game this year (and the Packers game last year). You cheat at a game, any game - you forfeit. They cheated, and they got caught, and they got warned about it. Then they continued to cheat, until they got caught again in the Jets game. Did they REALLY need that extra help to beat the Jets?

No, they've already forfeited a game this year in my view.

Im with you on the Packers, after the Saints I root for them. Im going to Lambeau this weekend for my first ever game. First that I can remember anyway, my dad said he took me the dome many many years ago when we lived in NO but I was too young to remember. I was hoping to see Brett retire when I first got the tickets during the summer, but I figure he'll keep going. Oh well, Lambeau should be something special to see.

If not the Saints, I'd like to see LaDanian get one before he retires. Probably won't be this year, but I'd just hate to see such a great player go out like Barry Sanders.

I am pulling for Green Bay to win it all. I don't think they will, but still pulling for them.

I know it would be a great thing to witness history and New England win it all, but wouldn't it be funny to see those cocky Patriots lose against someone like the Titans or Browns...

Try living up here with them. It is tiring. But the championship parties are fun. Patriots, Red Soxs and next the Celtics. So what the heck I am always up for a good party.

If not my Saints, the Packers would have my support. It may be a while for the Packers to return should Brett retire after this season and I'm sure Green Bay is hungry for something to hang their hat on.
On the other side, I hope the Seahawks go down quickly. I don't exactly look forward to Super Sunday with them there and it really blew when they were there two years ago.

I'd like to see the colts repeat. I've never seen a year where the superbowl champs enter the playoffs with such a lack of fanfare or attention. The pat's perfect season may be a blessing for the colts.

From the nfc: Packers. Anyone not pulling for favre is overly cynical.

.. or pure entertainment value, Packers and Patriots, with the Pack winning it. And I'm talking more about the entertainment AFTER the game.

Just imagine:
- Bellichik's face/comments at news conference after losing the SB, going 18-1.
- Moss's rage-induced crime spree in Boston
- All the old remaining '72 Dolphins dying of heart attacks so we don't have to listem to them anymore
- Madden on national TV confessing his desire of playing Brett Favre like a Scottish bagpipe
- Caliendo's stand-up atfer Madden's confession.

As you say - but were also the commish catches the Pats video taping the Packers signals (again), and it didn't even do them any good. Oh man, the ironic beauty of that thought!

guy's a complete tool...he used to come to and host tournaments at the golf course i worked at in MS (the bridges) and he acted like he owned the place and wanted everything for free when he NEEDED nothing for free. screw him and the platinum horse he thinks he rode in on.

If the Saints don't make it which I really don't see them doing so I'm pulling for the Pats to go all the way and break the Dolphins 72' record being I was very young and don't remember them going undefeated and want to see it for myself because chances are I may never get to see the record broken if the Pats don't do it this season.
As for the NFC I see the Redskins making it to the SB only to lose to the Pats in the SB, the Skins have been playing well in December and that's big going into the playoffs if they make it that is, I do however hope they lose along with the Vikings and the Saints beat the Bears but I won't hold my breath.
