He may have the opportunity to step in as a head coach somewhere, but he definately will have a job somewhere. The Baltimore Defensive Coordinator was released along with Billeck.

Baltimore didn't do so hot this year, but maybe he could make our defense a top 10 unit perenially.

Just a thought ???

Bill Billichick could replace Gibbs, but I like all of you know this would never happen. EGO's are a big thing to overcome.

Lets fire Gibbs and bring in Billichick. He has a great eye for defensive talent. He could be the Ying to Paytons Yang.

I don't think Rex Ryan is coming to New Orleans anytime soon. Even though he was fired, he still has a better than average chance at becoming the Ravens next Head Coach.

whole new system? Lets see if we can get Gibbs the players he wants first. Though it would be nice to have Ryan. Hmmm I have to think on that one.

Im not sure that Rex is what's needed on this team. Bill is/was an offense coach...if anyone remembers....Bill was the play caller for the vikings that year they went nuts and scored all those points.

The Def is good, but thats due more to the GM Ozzie spending money and drafting towards the Def....Rex has his hands in there, but thats easy to do when the ravens think Def 1st, offense 2nd. Something the Saints have yet to do in a very long time!

yeah i realize you were talking about billick and i didnt spell his name right either, but what i was asking is, isnt billick a supposed offensive mind, not defensive?

Gibbs should go!! He is not as aggresive as he should be, if you get burnt u might as well get burnt blitzing!!!

I have been screaming this since week 2. David gets burnt non stop, he might as well do it while we are blitzing.

I guess he gets the players they give him to work with too. Hopefully this off season won't be such a bust. Last year's offseason turned out to be a complete wipe out.
