Speed to Burn
 

O.K. I\'ve done enough crying over spilled (sour) milk on the Sammy Knight foot speed subject. Just bothesr me to hear others be critical of a great Saint performer. Kinda sac religious. Would anybody dare speak of the weaknesses in the games of players such as Archie Manning, Morten Andersen or Ricky Jackson? Of course, everyone knows there was no weakness in #57 while he was a Saint, or would it be reasonable to think maybe he lost a step his last year hear as well? Hmmmm.............I would rather not go there. Lets love the memories and honor the few great players this franchise has had.

Speed makes up for many mistakes and that is something that the Saints have lacked. I really like their changes on defense, because the players they have now can make up for their msitakes.
