You know this because? His athleticism? His productivity on the field? I loved Phillips the year before last... but the season that just passed left a lot to be desired. Just because the "U" has had a good amount of success producing safeties, it doesn't make Phillips the next big thing either. I don't want Phillips here but if we were to select him, and we felt he was the BPA at 10, I would be fine with that.
Actually I don't like the mock because where it has a lot of players going. I don't see Matt Ryan, Dorsey, McFadden, Baker, and a couple of others going where they're projected. And, there's at least 3 players on that mock that withdrew from the draft already. |
