Bush responds to allegations
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=3206297
"It's cowardice," Bush told ESPN.com's Sam Alipour at the Sundance Film Festival. "You take their shots in the media, but they won't show up in court. … "They don't want to see us in the courtroom. The lawyers are ducking and dodging us. The hang-up is they don't want to give us their deposition. … But at the same time, they're doing interviews and making the media rounds? … It's like a trash talker on the field. If you're serious, meet me on the 50-yard line." |

Reggie Bush finally speaks out
The News Star - www.thenewsstar.com - Monroe, LA
Lake, a Bush friend from San Diego, says he gave the former University of Southern California Heisman Trophy-winning running back and his family $291,600 in cash, living arrangements and other benefits between November 2004 and January 2006 as part of a verbal agreement he and business partner Michael Michaels had with Bush, his stepfather, LaMar Griffin, and his mother, Denise Griffin, to launch New Era Sports and Entertainment. |

Re: Reggie Bush finally speaks out
This is bad news for Bush but IMO it hurts USC much more in the long run.

Re: Bush responds to allegations
.. it is no news for Bush.
Looks to me that these dumbasses gave whatever they gave to Reggie's parents in an attempt to have the parents convince Reggie to sign with them. Either way, Reggie is now a multi-millionaire playing in the NFL. What does he care. |
