Today at about 4pm on Monday, Black and Gold went offline for hours after a larger outage appeared through our service backbone which shut services down for several providers throughout the southeast/southwest United States. BlackandGold.com is back online and in service once again.
The outage lasted from 4pm until approximately midnight. It spanned several other sites in sparse areas accross the internet, and the situation was out of our control.

If you are not able to see the BlackandGold.com or are having trouble accessing the website, restart your computer. If that doesn't help, you may need to flush your dns cache.

On Windows, to do this you must:


1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type cmd
4. Hit enter
5. then a black dos box will appear
6. Type ipconfig /flushdns at the command prompt
7. Hit enter
8. Restart your computer

And here I was blaming Pakistan! First they took out youtube, and I thought they were coming after us. : )
