Re: Rodgers-Cromartie just ran a 4.
I'd love me some McKelvin or DRC. DRC's stock has been climbing and climbing... but I don't think it's going to climb that high.

Re: Rodgers-Cromartie just ran a 4.
I see you all like my "diamond in the rough"... Nice.
No one will risk a high pick on this guy. I think the first round is a stretch for any team and the second may be a stretch even for those in need of a starter. But if we could get him, I would be very happy to see DRC and Usama in the same uniform!! |
Re: Rodgers-Cromartie just ran a 4.
I have been high on Cromartie since the Senior Bowl. His one knock was that he was small and didn't hit well, and then duiring the Senior Bowl he had 3 or 4 good licks in the open field. HE WILL BE A BEAST!

Re: Rodgers-Cromartie just ran a 4.
He has a cousin in the league. Plays for the san diego chargers, Antonio. That guy is pretty good.

Re: Rodgers-Cromartie just ran a 4.
I had him as third round steal but now he is top 15 talent? Come on now. I like him but he is another small school guy and that is always a risk. Of all the small school CB I like him the most if we are to take a gamble on one. He will proabably go to the lions at 15. Just to much board to climb. That were I like trading down with the Bears and getting a third and picking ahead of the lions.

Re: Rodgers-Cromartie just ran a 4.
I don't think he will go in the 1st. And I don't care if his name is Manning, Butkus, or Bradshaw. I didn't even know the guy was related to Antonio. If this guy is sitting in the second round, after we pick up a LB or DT in the first, this team is foolish not to pick him up. I don't see the issue of "It's a gamble", our first draft pick last year had health issues....and we still picked him up. I'm telling you now, this kid will be a superstar, and it will be because of his play, and not his name.

Re: Rodgers-Cromartie just ran a 4.
Small school or not. If you can play football, you can play football. Asante Samuel came from a small school and he will probably be the highest paid DB after this year.
