Who's staying up late tonite??
 

Am i the only one that is going to be online till about 3 in the morning waiting to see what deals are going to get done tonight? I am off work tomorrow so why not? I gotta see if something happens with Vilma or Samuel tonight.

Thats one of the main reasons i have to stay up. I dont want to wake up in the morning to hear that he signed with the Eagles cause that would ruin my day...and if he signs with the Saints...i have to know about it immediately.

ill have to check in bright and early tomorrow, im expecting you guys to keep me posted. i check the news here first, saints news is top priority. Snow day? work/school is cancelled? i dont care, who did the saints sign?

I'm up for the night. Pinhead Clayton keeps reporting that we're close to Vilma. I haven't seen any rumors about AS or Briggs on TV yet.

we got about 45 minutes till it all starts...we will see what goes down soon. Hopefully it will be something to make us happy.

O I'm definitely going to be up for a while. If we get Vilma, that's a helluva start to the FA period. You guys think we've got any other big targets for tonight/tomorrow?

I think the Samuel deal could go a number of ways... I'd guess we're still about 33% in it, but that is pure speculation...

The main reason I feel we've still got a chance is because Loomis was on the radio a day or two disputing the fact that it was a "Done Deal".

Gotta throw off the tampering investigators! ;)

I need to get to sleep in a big way, the past two nights has only netted about six hours total. Well, what the heck, maybe a couple more hours just to see if anything good goes down. Thank goodness I can do my job with my eyes half shut. LOL

Just read that the Vilma deal will indeed be for a conditional pick next year. Hate to toot my own horn but i called that 3 days ago and that couldnt work out any better. We still have all of our picks this year to make another trade if necessary and we fill one of the biggest needs on our team with a young, proven playmaker. Lets get this thing finalized!!
