Hopefully the Saints will actually pull the trigger on this one. Vilma, Briggs and Fujita sounds like a pretty good linebacking crew. It also frees up the draft focus to be on DBs and DL. Trade for Stroud if the price is right and suddenly this defense has the potential to go from very bad to very good in one season.

it does sound too good to be true...I would love for it to happen but if i had to bet, i would say that it doesnt get done.

I haven't been able to find any confirmation on the net of a visit scheduled, but hopefully the front office is at least talking to his agent.

awesome if we can possibly land Briggs and Gay its gonna make this years draft so much more fun to guess who will we draft. My first choice would be trade up and get Ellis or Dorsey or stay put and draft Cromartie or Kenny Phillips.
