this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I've been just as big a Brooks basher as anyone in here but If people would put some of the emotion aside and actualy look at the facts you will se a player who started 90 games in this leauge. ...

I've been just as big a Brooks basher as anyone in here but If people would put some of the emotion aside and actualy look at the facts you will se a player who started 90 games in this leauge. More than 20000yds and 123 TDs to 92 INTs. Yes, fumbling was a problem as well as decision making but thats why I he should be in as a BACKUP.
Compare this to Martin who's a million years old and as started 8 games in the NFL. 3800yds and 20 TDs to 21 INTs. Martin has 10 career fumbles, thats more than one every game started. Brooks has 64 thats roughly 0,7 fumbles per game started. Just wait for my next question. |
