hmmm maybe they would go for a change in the Vilma deal? A 3 to 2 VS a 4 to 3 clause? Just give them our #1 and take their #2 and swap 3's. We get both

What I've read is that it's a 4th that could upgrade to a 3rd (not a 2nd). Have you heard otherwise?

New York will receive a fourth-round pick this year for Vilma, and, with incentives, that could be upgraded to a third- or possibly a second-rounder next year.

but there appears to be numerous sources with varying info so i'm not sure which is correct either

All they were asking from the Bengals was a 4th and a 5th I'd do that.
