The Jets are taking a look at free agent TE Ben Utecht, who is unlikely to re-sign with the Colts.

Would have liked to see this guy in Black and Gold for '08...I think he deserves a full-time gig and when I watched him play with the Colts he didn't drop balls...why didn't we take a shot at him?

Bingo. If they let him go jump all over this boy. I have always thought he could be a solid TE in the pros.
He is a RFA if I remember correctly.
