Micky - did a great job on evaluations Vilma - not %100, doctors reports encouraging McCray - edge rush/speed, nickel downs, more nickel packages/plays than ever before Meacham - medically cleared, full speed, another month rehab maybe, anxious to see Reggie - plans on being fully involved in all of the offseason, diligent in weight room Lito Sheppard - no info Sean is aware of for a trade, but respects him, good corner Deuce - both sides have a great relationship, saw him today, looks good center - comfortable with goodwin, big concern was losing both centers in FA, was a must position Brunell - still in Hawaii, players meetings, Martin likely gone but competition will happen (LoE -- used a lot of past tense when talking about Martin) overall - we're by no means a finished product draft - will you favor Defense over Offense? - didn't answer clearly, just said 2-7 are just as important as 1 draft - takes 3 years to determine if successful or not offseason - guys are excited to be back, likes the locker room/leadership, encouraged with turnout offseason - concentrating on weight lifting/running right now, that's all offseason - other than guys that were in seminar/players' meetings, we had %100 turnout future singing - not discounting possibility, but focusing on evaluating what we've got right now, not really targeting anyone London - some players already going over there looking ahead, hotels, facilities, logistics; team leaving right after game on the sunday before londan to have a full week over there adjusting Orgeron - spent a lot of time in this hiring; he's a Cajun; very comfortable here, is like he's coming home; had to compete to get him PT - physical, intelligent, hope he continues to improve, impressed with Chicago Stecker - likes his versatility and leadership, excited to have him back goal line O - needs to improve, guys will be competing, you know Reggie really did well on short yardage (LoE - !??) Gleason - fought to make a spot here, coach is better having had a chance to work with him, we'll all remember ATL, unselfish, sharp, we'll miss Reggie - comfortable with him on punt returns, no plans on kick returns D Line - more effective if you can rotate, who's healthy today dictates how much you can rotate injuries - important who isn't gonna make minicamp, will have a better handle on it end of May safety - KK played well end of year, sees himself as someone that deserves more play; but no one's penciled in; we'll see/evaluate then the interview cut off unexpectedly.... |

Duece still doesn't look good enough to kiss... but never did, so that's a plus. Said that McKenzie was a doubtful too. http://i.usatoday.net/sports/_photos.../25/deucex.jpg |

Also on the Kaesviharn note, he should have been starting all year. I'd be furious if I were him. He was obviously better than Bullocks, who in my opinion was more of a liability than JD last year. I can't believe this guy was in the game yet alone starting. Go KK! |
