Mayo or Rivers?
i was thinkin about some of these mock drafts and most show us either taking rivers in the first or mayo in the 2nd...
well.. what about taking both... we would have 3 young athletic, and fast linebackers to help solidify our front seven for years to come along with vilma... we could have the Dome Patrol Redux.. Rivers stock has continued to rise and many think Mayo is the most underrated player in this draft.. what you guys think? |
Re: Mayo or Rivers?
I think that Mayo won't even be an option in the 2nd... he'll be long gone.
|
Re: Mayo or Rivers?
well i think that too... but im just sayin.. if he was there.. would we take him in the 2nd and have both...
|
Re: Mayo or Rivers?
I wouldn't mind. It's not like we know what we're getting with Vilma coming off injury... and the rest of our linebackers aren't getting any younger. I drool at the thought of having a set of young, fast, athletic linebackers.

Re: Mayo or Rivers?
Go with River... pass the Mayo. ...and just for the record we are going to have good - great LB's but I don't think they will be as good or should be considered Dome Patrol part 2. They should be one of a kind.

Re: Mayo or Rivers?
Yes Yes. Move to a 4-3.
Move Fat Ass Smith and Grant inside with Tubb o Fatt Hollis Thomis and put 4 LB's back there that can fly to the ball. DOMINATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Re: Mayo or Rivers?
The Giants seem to like Mayo. But if he there in the second take him to.

Re: Mayo or Rivers?
I'd pass on him, Fujita is an above average linebacker, and we have more pressing needs than to take two linebackers.
