Typical New York media. This is complete bs. 1st of all....the Saints never offered a second & Roman Harper. They offered a second. That's it. New York wanted a second & Harper, but our FO said NO. Like the Miller beer commercial....good call, FO....GOOD CALL.

I think you said it all... read what your wrote.

He'll go to the Pro Bowl. But we won't end up winning the SB because of him and I think most of us are fans of the team and would rather give up a Pro Bowl Player in order to win a SB.

"you really have to reason to", Yes we do there is proof. Doesn't work out with the team, runs his mouth, gets hurt and team goes on to win big games and win a SB without his butt in the locker room. What more proof do you need. -None.

Even though Miller came on pretty good last season but if this was to go down, Brees will have his Antonio Gates in Shockey, I too also heard it was a 2nd round with no players. So like it or not Shockey could be in the Black and Gold

Dude, he isn't that bad. He wasn't the only Giant unhappy with the team or organization. He could be damn useful on the offense, and I think you underestimate the ability of Drew and Coach Payton to keep the team running in line. They are not going to let the hot shot new guy come in and blow our shot. He isn't Pacman Jones dude. He could be looking for a fresh start, and it could do him wonders considering he hasn't like his team and coaches for a while now. It isn't a case of "Pac's in another Strip Club incident", it's "Shockey still doesn't like the same people he didn't like last year."

Shockey would be another PROVEN THREAT. Shockey + Reggie + Colston + Anyone who steps up (Deuce/Meachum/Devery/Johnson/Thomas/[Mendenhall]) Who you gonna double? Another PROVEN THREAT like Shockey would help opposing coaches start choking. EVeryone doesn't have to be a choir boy for chrissake...
