Saints Draft Move?...ESPN's John Clayton reports the New Orleans Saints remain interested in trading up to the Rams pick at #2, but the Rams haven't gotten back to them.

Perhaps they wait to see what Miami does on draft day before getting back. I would hope they at least make contact before so with the cut down on the time for picks in the first round this year.

Oh yeah its going to go down until the last minute... When the Rams are on the clock. I don't know if the Dolphins will lead they have locked Long up on contract before then.

Sean must know something from his mentor is doing to be working the phones early though...

It wouldn't suprise me if the Saints is looking to trade up for C. Long the OT. He could be an instant starter for 8 years or more. Brees did have to hurry a lot of throws and had many knocked down at the line of scrimmage. A soild line can control the clock and keep the defense rested. Everyone is forgetting that Brown and Stinch has health troubles.

If the Saints move up to number 2, I totally believe it would be for Glenn Dorsey. I don't see any other reason to move up that high.

Chris Long would be awesome, but if they move to number 2 it's going to be Glenn Dorsey 100%.

If you're talking about the OT its Jake Long not Chris and IMO he will be a Dolphin.

Jake Long* Yeah the offensive tackle from michigan. I just went with what the previous post said. My bad I need to get some sleep. But yes I actually think Jake Long can be a very productive rookie.. Especially after the success of Joe Thomas from last year.

We won't hear back from them either. Do we all remember where Hasbeen is? If Hasbeen doesn't turn the defense around this year he won't be coaching in the NFL after next season or maybe even sooner. They will draft Dorsey and improve their defense dramatically. It's a no-brainer.

I am sure he'll put in his 2 sense but when the smoke clears he is far from the decision making on this.

I personally thing all we will here about now is who is talking to who and no decisions until... the Rams are on the clock.
