NERVE-WRACKING as teams smoke-screen each other from the second pick on. I think when all is said and done, we'll likely draft dt Sedrick Ellis and te Dustin Keller with our first two picks. I think the Shockey rumors are just that - rumors. I fully expect us to try to acquire a fourth round pick for the second day as well as an additional third somehow to get the guys we want ... I would consider forfeiting the sixth & seventh round picks for more picks in rounds 3,4 &/or 5. How often does a player like Marques Colston come along anyway ???

i think that if we cant trade up for dorsey then the saints will trade for shockey

That's some crazy font... I feel like I'm reading scripture, especially with that avatar.

Anyways, getting Dorsey or Ellis would make this draft, hands down. I don't even care what we do in later rounds. We nail one of those guys, and we're golden

I think they are working hard to land Dorsey/Ellis and get shockey. Which would be a good draft. You get 2 starters.

I agree completely. I look for the Shockey deal to be done tonight, or before the Giants pick at #31.

I don't think the deal will be done until the second round tomorrow... I think the Saints ought to move that pick back later in the second and get something for it and then hand over a second for Shockey. To high of a pick for Shockey in the first place and its damn close to a 1st round pick already.

We swap it... and when we are on the clock we say "ok Giants you want it, here ya go". I'll take a pick for next years draft even. Just get something.
