or

People.com, TMZ and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, then = TRUE

BUT

if People.com, TMZ and Rachel Maddow confirm the rumor, then = FALSE

(just because Rachel Maddow can destroy the credibility of any claim and make it instantly false, unless she saw it as true on another tv show or network.)
