What's with all the hate on Reggie?

I don't get the concern for all the money he is being paid. If I had to pay it...then I'd get it. The Saints have a great team and are undefeated. How much each player is making doesn't seem to have an effect on how they play together as a unit.

wow, Eric Metcalf, good mention. I used to watch him light up the Oilers, and then he gave the Saints some **** when he played for ATL. Good comparison.

I was just trying to have some fun on the last post similar to this. I was calling him clay eater or he could be a candidate to suffer a turf head injury.
For whatever reason this guy is lacking something this year. I am baffled as to what it is. Certainly power is not his game and never has been. I agree if he can put together games like Minn last year he will be able to earn his stripes and legitimize his status on this team. If not he is going to have a hard time getting that money next year. So far most will agree he has been overshadowed by the rest of the running backs. Maybe his pride is hurt and he has some other problems with the coaches we do not know about. For now I think we stick with him and see what happens and hope for the best.

again I don't think anyone is saying that he is not an explosive or dynamic player that has the ability to score anytime he touches the ball

he just need to tighten up his game
