I too have thought about GW leaving for a head coaching position, but, he may not want to leave; he has it too good in NO. Right now he's in the system I jokingly mentioned when he got hired: He's Head Coach of Defense while Sean Payton is Head Coach of Offense. The only allure for him to be a head coach would be money, and I'm sure Benson will open up the wallet should the Saints win the SB.

.. heck, this may start a hiring trend in the NFL :)
