Panthers + 13.5
Call me crazy, but when does a division game against a veteran, healthy, well coached team get this kind of line, especially when that team in question has never had a problem beating the Saints at home?
Take the points, and hope that the Panthers are what their record indicates. I am very nervous about whether Fox sees something that the other 7 coaches didn't, and shows the league how to exploit those weaknesses for a win. It could mean bad things come playoff time if we make it (avoiding bad gris-gris.) |

..please... Drew already got sacked an ungodly amount of times in 2 games. Drew already has been held to no pass TDs in 2 games. The Saints have committed what? 8 turnovers in the past 2 games? They've been down by 21 in the second quarter. They've allowed a running back to run for 150 yards on them. They've given big plays on special teams that allowed teams to linger. .. and the Saints still won... There's only 2 ways to beat these Saints: 1.- shootout and the other team scores last with no time on the clock. 2.- make them quit. #1 may happen, but with this defense, I like the Saints' chances against the Panthers. #2 no freaking way. |
Re: Panthers + 13.5
I think the panthers game is going to be tough but we beat them by more than we beat the falcons. They don't have the offense to hang with us for 4 quarters like the falcons do.
And if we find a way to keep them in 3rd and longs for most of the game, it's going to be a murder. |
