Great to hear...Greer has been lights out so far. Besides him getting mauled on that long pass in the ATL game, he has been awesome. BTW...beating ATL and CAR in back to back weeks? Priceless...

Absolutely...let Jenkins get the start for those 2 games. Nothing against Greer (by far), but let's give the rookie some confidence and it'll pay dividends down the road. We'll need Greer to play like he's been playing the rest of the year after these next 2 games. Not overlooking STL and TB, but our offense should get us the win in those 2...we DEFINITELY need to beat TB regardless, and a win at STL will further help us considering CAR and ATL remaining schedule.

Yep, let him rest. I like Jenkins getting more time - can't hurt. Gay looked out of place coming in behind Greer. That may be more of what Greer was doing rather than what Gay didn't do. Good pressure should help both to fill the void, especially if they don't have to burn themselves out run stopping.

jenkins got away with a couple pass interferences yesterday.....hopefully he can fix those and play solid defense like he was

I am all for letting Jenkins, Gay and Young all see a little more rotation this next weekend. It's going to be a long day of tackling Steven Jackson.

Jenkins is not there yet. Not from what I saw. I say put him working at FS also right now.

from what i have been told yes. I thought i saw him play yesterday, just a few downs. (not on special teams)

Jenkins played ST, he was the one who stopped the punt before it went into the endzone which turned into TD by Hargrove.

Let Greer rest until the Patriots game. Lets see what Jenkins can do while getting more snaps with the 1st team defense. Jenkins played Safety on a couple plays towards the end of the game. Gay looked lost out there on a few plays Sunday, I'm surprised Jake didn't test him more then he did.

Let Jenkins get as much playing time as he can. Groins can take a while to heal.
