The guy from the Sporting News was on the radio talking about how deep Pittsburg is at the RB position. He claimed that they had 6 NFL RB\'s. These were two of the names he mentioned.

Could be they plan to sign more than 1 back.
I see them re-signing Carter after 3:pm today and signing either Edwards (CBS RUMOR) or Pass or Fu\'amatu. Fu would be a decent goal line back, but he is constantly injured. Edwards would be absolutely ideal to team with Carter. From all I\'ve read he\'s back to 100%. This guy was a major all-pro stud before his knee literally exploded. His rehab effort shows THIS GUY IS DEFINITELY NOT A QUITTER Isn\'t that kinda the attitude we need? Edwards could easily handle 8-10 carries per game and fill in well if Deuce goes down for a few games. Saints RB\"s 1.Deuce McAllister 2.Robert Edwards 3.KiJana Carter Sounds a tad bit better than Keaton-Fenderson doesn\'t it? |
