Well done Malcolm Jenkins
This young man deserves a thread of his own after his performance today. He look solid all day long, especially on that interception. I was very impressed with how well he looked in coverage, and he wasn't afraid to step up in run support. My hat is off to you Malcolm, making our talent scouts look very good.

Re: Well done Malcolm Jenkins
Yer totally agree, that diving interception was brilliant showed his playmaking skills. From what ive seen he didn't get beat for any long gains all day and showed good maturity.
When he was in the combine, they said he didn't have great speed cuz of his 40 yard dash time, i saw him break on a deep out pattern today and knock the ball away. GOOD JOB MALCOLM!! |

Re: Well done Malcolm Jenkins
Our injury problems couldn't have worked out better for Jenkins. He's healthy and has some time in now and today was a perfect time to see the field and get some valuable experience and for the Saints to get an idea of what they have in Jenkins. Being forced into action today will only help us in the long run. I liked him as a corner since the day we drafted him. I like his size, long arms, playmaking ability, and tackling. He showed some strength and physicality when he took Graham down by himself. This was something our front 7 struggled to do early in the game.

Let's hope he takes this as a positive and really study the tapes on the plane ride home, in the shower, in his sleep, wherever he goes, because the Pats WR's are world class, not redneck riviera placeholders.

Re: Well done Malcolm Jenkins
He had a very solid first start. Congrats to him. Hope he prepares his butt off, because as stated, Brady is not Freeman and the WR's are 10x better.

Re: Well done Malcolm Jenkins
I seen a lot of bad comments about R. Gay however i think he is exceptional good cb. I think we will really need him for da NEP to cover walker. Do anyone no why he wasn't on the field today?
Much prop to Malcolm Jenkins, He what I thought he was, and i didn't let him off da hook, go ahead & crown him =) |
