i was workin and my dad called me and said we were down big

then my buddy, who is coincidentally a patriots fan, texted me and said we lost.

about 20 minutes later he texted me back and said we paid suisham off to miss the FG

i had no idea what he was talking about until i got home and saw the highlights......holy crap guys......this was a close game

I didn't think we lost. I did however think they were gonna make the field goal, then, we were gonna get a score, then it was gonna come down to whether we recovered our onside kick or not.

The more I see it the more I think the refs blew that last fumble that gave the Saints the game.

But I'll take it. Like Brees said, it's about time some of this stuff went our way.

When they lined up for that chip shot FG, I thought it was over, but kept listening, hoping for a block, then they missed it and we had our chance. Brees was so clutch in that final drive in regulation.

IN LBC we were all at the bar calling for a block attempted so we were wrong and he missed the kick. I did turn my hat backwards so I'll take credit.

This is our year stuff like that happens to teams that win championships so it shouldn't be that big of a surprise. A win is a win.

They showed two angles, and they kept showing the second one over and over. the second doesnt look like it was a fumble and his elbow was down, but the first was obvious it was coming out before his elbow was down.

I thought we were dead meat. We had way too many weird bounces/replays go our way for us to win that game. I've got to say I aged 20 years during this game. I yelled at my fiancee and kids, made up with them, had group therapy via conference call with my friends, did the whole "We'll get em next week" speech, and the ever useful blaming injuries and "Now we don't have the weight of the undefeated season on us".
So basically I was already using every tragedy coping mechanism in the book before Shuiesm missed that FG. Once he missed it though, I knew it was over for the Skins.
All I can say is a tired WHO DAT! and I hope we never play a game like that again. And please God can Greer and Porter get healthy soon?

I'm stuck in Iggle Land, watching them skunk the Fowl-cons at 34-0 with 8:30 left in the Saints game and FOX refused to switch over for anything but scoring. I was running back and forth to the laptop to get some semi live scoring and they were lining up to kick near the end of regulation. I told my son that it was over if the Skins made the kick...and I laughed like a madman when they missed it. Then I told him, 'Now watch the Saints steal this one.' He just smiled, shook his head, and said 'that's just nuts pop'.

After they won, he looked at me like I was possessed. the look was priceless! Sometimes, Dad STILL knows stuff that makes the kids scratch their heads!!!
