THIS IS A FACT....

On the field in the Superdome it get as load as standing next to a jackhammer.

Congrads on locking down the #2 seed. It would be a great story line if the Bolts or the Colts play us. Hey... that rhymes.

Have they ever checked to measure how loud the Dome gets and what it is equivalent to?

I believe it. When I went to a game back in the early 90s, it was loud but didn't seem as loud as it is today.
I can't remember what season it was but I think you guys started out at 8-0 and played the Falcons in the playoffs. Go figure, it was a Saints/Falcons game and then I really understood that rivalry.

I caught the tail-end of this, but I have a good idea--- so let me say.

Thou shouldest not blaspheme Mannings amongst the Whodites.

This I can agree with. That is not the reason I came here. Though you can't blame San Diego fans for having ill feelings towards the Mannings. That's just being human.

Though I'm glad they did that... because for that we got one of the top 3 best QBs in the league, a Pro Bowl linebacker (hope he gets healthy), and one of the best kickers in the league.
Being 2-0 against Sheli doesn't hurt the situation either.

With that said, I'm going to request... don't get me started on the Mannings. If you want to talk about Archie's career with the Saints, that's cool but please leave Sheli and the 2004 draft out of it.

Thank you.

My fiancee is a Bolts fan hardcore, so Im really glad they are having a great season. Having said that you didn't wrap up the two seed yet. If you lose two and Patriots win two they would get it. Having said that, you pretty much wrapped up the two seed. : )

Re: Today was a great freakng day!!!

Think you have a great freakin day, get this.

I found for my wife for Christmas: A huge gold blingy Fleur De Lis pendant, with matching earrings. The kids came along, and found
other black and gold gifts, which will really make her Christmas.

Yes she loves this stuff, as she gets more involved than me in the Game Day Dressup for the Superdome.

I am so lucky to have a beautiful, (nearly a generation younger than me)
intelligent, good wife who loves the Saints, and loves going to the games
with me, and dresses like a Saintsation.

She sat right there next to me when the Saints sucked, and wore her Black and Gold proudly, win or lose.
