Somebody out there has changed their pregame ritual and thrown the saints for a major loop. I haven't changed anything so it must be one of you guys! Change it back for next week please before it's too late. :(

I bought a new Saints jackets/windbreaker thing to wear to the Washington game.

I always wear my lucky socks to the games in the dome.... I had to witness the Cowboy thing 7 rows from the field without them.....(I left them in Dallas) I didn't wear them yesterday either.... it won't happen again....

I played D&D rather than keeping up with the game. and these past two games are the only ones I didn't wear my Saints shirt at some point during the week. er....well at least this week. don't exactly remember the week before the Cowboys game.

It's my boss, who is from San Francisco. Our main office is out here. His wife is from Metairie, so he travels to Louisiana with her frequently and was there for the Christmas Holiday. He emailed his confession late Sunday afternoon. He has been to 4 Saints games, and they have lost each of those 4 - and he was at the game on Sunday. To his credit he apologized and says he won't attend another Saints game until they win the Superbowl.

I was wearing my grey #9 Brees shirt, yesterday, that I wore every game until the Dallas game. As I was fixing a salad at halftime, when I started to shake the chipotle ranch dressing the top came off and all over the shirt it went. I took it off and put it in the washaer and replaced it with my division champion shirt. That won't happen again salad dressing or not!

I wore my gris-gris, but I've had this allergy thing going since just before the Dallas game, that has got to be it!! I was sniffling and sneezing all through both games we lost, the Saints team was somehow unable to win without my full faculties being involved. LOL

You know, I haven't even considered this, but my friend Tony bought us these bling bling fleur de lis belt buckles, for Christmas. The first day we wore them, was to watch the Cowboys game, and then we wore them again to watch the Tampa game..... Holy Crap!

This is the first year that I can honestly say that no matter what I did differently from game to game they still came out focused and found a way to win. That is untill the last 2 losses. They didn't seem to play with that urgency to win. This team has never had a perfect season. You can wear your stinky socks, salad dressing covered shirt. Blame it on Santa, even make your wife walk home from the airport. If they come out as flat and play the way they did the last 2 games there is nothing WE can do for them.

You know what else? We were talking on another thread (Strato/ SaintPaul25 & I) We're DJs & musicians, and I did not have a gig the night before, or the night before the Dallas game. So when playoff games come, I'll be damn sure to work the previous night.

Yeah Mike, I live on Pacific time, which is two hours behind Central. I get off work on Sunday morning at like 3:30 a.m., and the games usually start at 10:00 a.m. here. I usually just stay up, because I don't get home til about 4:30 or 5. I'm the walking dead when I get to the bar.
