That would be correct. The current order for the #2 seed is as follows:

1) Vikings
2) Eagles
3) Cards
4) Cowboys

The highest team on the list that wins next week gets the bye. Since the Eagles and Cowboys are playing one another only one can win. Ties are as good as losses.
