2 years difference between the first and the last team migh not sound much but the difference is great. I turning 29 myself and are still playing on a national team level. There was a huge diffrence in recovery time between being 24 and 26 and now its even worse. From being fresh on sunday after a game to monday I'm now in the middle of the week before i full go again. Then again our boys have better rehab opportunities than oneself. Still I think the more rest the older guys can get the better it is.
