I think the general feeling amongst us Cards fans is that we think our D has a Bi-Polar personality. When they play good, they play awesome. When they play not so good, they play horrible. Last week was a roller coaster ride that probably was not needed. Our D will come out and start fast and hard. But they tend to not play a full 60 mins. And against a team like the Saints that could be very bad.

I predict a shoot out that is very high scoring and like most games will be decided by turnovers.

While I agree that the turnover will be a deciding factor, I don't necessarily see a shoot out. At least not one anywhere resembling what happened this past week in Arizona. With a healthy Greer and Porter back in place the Saints will be able to return to a defensive mode much like that during their early season success. That success involved pressuring the QB through the use of safety and corner blitzes, along with a smattering of the LB variety. This pressure killed many a drive with several ending in turnovers.

On the offensive side we'll be seeing Pierre Thomas, Mike Bell, Reggie Bush, Jeremy Shockey and Kyle Eckel all available for the first time in many weeks. This will enable the Saints to establish the run to a greater degree than they have since week nine. While the Saints can duke it out in a shoot out with anyone, I am expecting a balance attack more in line with the 50-50 percentage seen during the early run.

I like it. I'd love to see our first couple drives go for ~6 minutes each. Wear out their "D" early and then open it up. Get ahead, pin our ears back on defense and assume the victory formation 'bout mid-way through the 4th.

Hey, that sounds like us sometimes!! Welcome to the greatest Saints site on the net!

The one thing that I think gives us an advantage, is the fact that that AZ hasnt played ONE playoff team on the road and walked away with a win this year. Our house is one of if not the hardest places to steal a win. Its going to be rocking like it was for the reopening in 06

Welcome- Our D is a little better than people realize. The problem has been massive injuries to our secondary, and DT. They are more healthy this week than in over two months.

If you guys do win I will hope you win it all. I expect the Saints will come out and win though
