Cardinals season...

i got bored at work so i decided to look into it. im not sure if anyone else has, but that "prolific offense" (aside from last week) has scored 30 points or more just 6 times this year. They did it against jacksonville, chicago, seattle, minnesota, detriot, and st louis. Aside from minnesota those are the dregs of the NFL, with D's much worse than ours. From what i can see 3 out of 5 of those happens in the last 5 weeks of the season when wells started getting the ground game going. as good as those wrs and kurt are, ive come to the conclusion that beating the cards means stopping the ground game and forcing them to be one dimensional. if we do that and our offense shows up we have this. if our offense is clicking again, we win this game by double digits.

Excellent stats --- I will say this though .. The playoffs are different so difficult to compare.

Re: Cardinals season...

The key to get them one deminsional is to score early and often force them into a must pass situation. So our D can play there way... oppitunistic... get turn overs and its a blow out.

Wonderful- actually they had approx. the same. No difference over a 16 game season- really, but we put up 135 more than you = significant.

all n all who cares- you are coming to the Dome 2morrow, and we can't wait!!

Zona, your boys better learn sign language. You just don't know. We'll be an outdoor team after tomorrow, roof is coming off the dome. The game is at a perfect time. NOLA is going to be just the right level of rowdy by 3:30. Not too early (no buzz), not too late (not hungover).

Well having Seattle, and St. Louis in your division certainly helps win said division. And getting swept by the niners..... Just saying....

Re: Cardinals season...

Depends on which CARDs team shows up. If it's the "Cardiac Cards" look out. They play the best when their the underdogs. They play better w/o Boldin, they're gonna sit him today I think so don't be so sure they won't surprise you.

Don't matter, CARDs are where they need to be at the end of the season and in the post season. At least they didn't peak too soon. It's a long season bro, sometimes a first round bye heals the injuries but dulls the mind...

Re: Cardinals season...

I have no ill will towards the cardinals, at least before or after the game. I understand how dangerous
they are on both sides of the ball. But, saying they have more experience in the play offs is a
bit of a stretch. Went to the superbowl last year, and had a hell of a run, but we had a similar
run in 06, without the superbowl of course. We will see in about 60 minutes. Here's to a great game
for all the fans of both teams! Geaux saints!

Re: Cardinals season...

We both played 9 teams 500 or better this year. We went 7-2, you went 3-6

Cause we had that easy sched!!! Right???
