Haha, no I didn't think of it then. Kind of wishing I did though. The house is in Hattiesburg. My dad took us there, not sure how he found it though. Just drop off a bunch of stuff with the security guard at the front gate.

You should have heard the garbage Mariucci was spouting on NFLN. Because Favre is local and will have a lot of friends and family at the game "it will basically be a home game for Favre."

Yeah Mooch has a SERIOUS man crush on Favre. I didn't think that anyone could be more Favrish, than Madden, but now i'm just waiting to see the cage match between Mariuci, and Madden, to decide who gets his hand in marriage.

Really good post, Mr. Popularity...but I have to point out that if you take issue with the retirements and such then you really haven't given much thought about what it might've been like to be him when they drafted Aaron Rogers...and also what it takes for a person to be released from his contractual obligations in the NFL.

My problem with Should I Stay Or Should I Go, is it just made him look either flaky, or selfish, neither of which I believe him to be. This made him hard to defend. For the life of me, I cant understand how anyone outside Chicago can hate the guy. John Madden & other commentators say nice things about him. So shoot him.

I remember sports writers all piling up & hating on him last summer.

They can all eat their socks now.

I know the reason people think what they think about him...but people like to form opinions on what other people should do and sometimes aren't honest about what they would do...or really haven't thought it out.

As far as being selfish, I think it is impossible for a human being not to be selfish. It is your brain...and it works for you. It tells you what you need to do to stay alive and be happy. Even a person who appears to be one of the most thoughtful people around is doing things for other people all the time because it makes them feel good... and they like to feel good. Selfish.

A-HA!!! I KNEW IT!!! Who Dats are everywhere...and with him growing up just a hop and a skip away from NOLA, this was kind of expected. Still kind of cool to actually see, though...

Kind of like watching Terry Bradshaw during the pre-game show on Fox showing his Saints fandom on his sleeve. While everyone else is giving good, solid reasons for why they thought the Saints were going to win, Terry's reason..."because I'm a fan"...so freaking cool...
